Thailand, home of the elephant. Place of south-east Asian culture. The country that is faithful to its generous king. Once called Siam, Thailand is ideal for a short term vacation!
In Bangkok, you can take your time shopping by the grand Hyatt. (Perfect for mums!) Kids like me should want to see the largest aquarium in the WHOLE of south-east Asia. To get to this aquarium, cross an extremely long sky bridge that leads you from Mcdonaldsto the aquarium directly.
Under the boiling sun in Pattaya, you might be riding on a cool speed boat heading for Coral island, or having a relaxing time swimming in the absolutely HUGE pool in your resort, or even having a nice shock in the Believe it or Not HAUNTED ADVENTURE!
My favourite part of this trip to Siam is riding on an elephant & seeing Tiffany's Show (人妖Show). We rode the elephant on the second day of our trip in Pattaya. We met a 110 year old elephant, also known as the king, & rode on a 7 year old. I fed these giant creatures bananas, & was amazed by their tricks. Our tour guide gave a young elephant 20 baht & the elephant strolled over to the banana shop with its mahoot & bought some bananas with the money & ate it whole!!!The problem is the elephant spit on half of the tour, including me!!! Gross. We saw Tiffany's Show also in Pattaya on the third night. The people are just fascinating! They are more girliesh than girls & most of them are gorgeous & ineffable. I couldn't believe how they did that. They were actually BOYS!
I enjoyed going to Thailand for the first time. Its a really awesome experience!!!

Autumn
Hello Everyone!!!~~~
Do you like it? It took me a looooooong time to write!!!

My Sylvanian Family Squirrel
Hello Everyone!!!~~~
Today I bought a little squirrel at the toy department store with my pocket money. I named her Hazel, because of her colour. She wears a sunshiny-yellow coloured dress covered with tulips to match.Small beady eyes & a bushy tail makes her just adorable. She has soft padded arms & legs, all covered with velvety fur. She has a tiny little nose, which is really twitchy & perfect for nuzzling. Do you think she is cute from the description?

My Extraordinary Poem
If I were to write a Valentine's poem, I would write it like this... ...
There is someone I know who means more than words,
Who is free & open like a flock of birds.
This person smiles & always will care,
They love & hold & will forever be fair.
As the moon lays still in the star-lit sky,
This person can hold your hand & fly.
I know how I want to be,
It's just like this person who is free.
My love for you beats as loud as a drum,
You stand out like a sore thumb!
The ocean is ineffable & vast,
So come with me swift & fast.
There is a dreamland that I know,
So come & join me where there is no foe.
My dreams flitter & soar,
They don't ever the deep, dark floor.
Wisps of wind gather around,
But just look at what I've found.
In the air there is a sound,
Coming from a small clearing on the ground.
I think you are extremely unique,
But there is something in you that I seek.
I have no idea of where it is,
It seems to me like a quiz.
There are worlds that I still have to explore,
But they are scattered across the universe galore.
I have been to places,
But I haven't been to some,
I know I have to see one more,
And then I'll be gone & done
Do you like it???

Joke Time!!!
I just love jokes!!! I have some under my hands right now, including witty limericks!
Why did the old glove cross the road with the clock?
To get to the second-hand shop!
Why did the tomato blush?
Because he saw the salad dressing.
What do elephants play at the back of a mini?
Squash!
What do you give to a sick pig?
Oinkment & pigment.
Why is Chinese food so hard to cook?
Because there is so much home-wok.
I once saw an old man who was witty,
Who was heading towards the city,
He wore a nice hat
Though he was ever so fat
So we all thought "What a pity."
An old physics teacher named Bright,
Once managed to go faster than light,
He started one day
In the relative way
And returned on the previous night.
A peculiar teacher named Ray,
Used to teach in a very odd way,
He gave lessons in verse
But it made matters worse
So the moral is :rhyme just doesn't pay!
There was an old teacher named Green,
Who invented a caning machine,
On the ninety-ninth stroke
That rotten thing broke
And made that cruel man a has been.
A right-handed teacher named Wright,
Wrote 'rite' when she meant to write "right".
I f she'd written right well
She'd have shown she could spell
And not written rot writing right.
In the old days a teacher named Bind,
Gave my dad, in a manner unkind,
Heavy whacks to the head
With a flat piece of lead
Saying "This lesson will broaden your mind!"
Do you have any jokes for me??? I do have more but I want some of YOUR jokes.

Lucky or UNLUCKY?!
To read this little story, please use the colour codes.
Red:English
I am not exactly sure what is going on with me right now, am I lucky or unlucky?! Yesterday, when I was at school, I felt really lucky for some reason. At first in the morning, I suddenly realized that there was Chinese class in the morning & I had NOT done my homework since I thought it was a completely different schedule. When I tried explaining to the teacher, she took none of it. She just said' oh well,do it during class then' & thats what she said!!!I couldn't believe my ears! After lunch, when other students had to get flu shots, there was a small group who didn't have to. {including me} Lucky again! Guess what, the teacher let us go on the computer! So I checked my email & blog for around 20 minutes. Later, during Music, my Music teacher was in fabulous mood. She was not a little bit crabby at all like she normally is.
Today was the complete opposite. At first in the first few sessions everything was going along smoothly. Suddenly after lunch, everything just went wrong. During PE, a hardly thrown frisbee hit me straight in the head. That hurts!
So do you think I am lucky or not?!

A Day at the Seaside
Running towards the open sea, a scent of salt-water wafted past my nose. I could hear the younger children shrieking with delight. The older kids could be seen snorkeling & surfing in the distance. No one could ever be blue at this time. So I strolled along the the sandy beach whilst looking for shells at the same time. The water washed up different seaweeds , shells & mermaid's purses. I took some of the shark eggs but none of the shells were that beautiful. Suddenly, I could see a small glimpse of pink buried under the sand. Rushing across, I started to dig downwards deeper & deeper into the sand. At first I thought it was only an old pice of glass ( I could only see the point then) but kept on digging until I saw a gorgeous conch lying untouched. Why should it be here? shouldn't it be in the sea?It was smothered in sand so I dipped it into a small rock pool. Fearing that the crabs might destroy the shell, or my fingers, I stood as still as a clump of dry seaweed. Starting to walk again, I tried to find a comfortable place to rest.
Perched on a gigantic rock, I dappled my feet in the clear, turqoise sea. Beside me was the pale pink conch which I picked up close to my ears. Hearing the gentle waves was like a person whispering to me. Fingering it carefully, I could tell it was half-covered in limpets. Then I looked back down at the rolling waves of the tide. So I put that ineffable conch back to where it should belong. That was an impressive shellfish, even though it wasn't very smooth. With nothing to do, I bounded into the liquid. The salt water stung my eyes as if I cried all night although I do not mind since it was ever so amuzing splashing around in warm water as though I was in my younger years. Below me were some tropical-coloured corals & brightly coloured fish that made me feel that I was part of a rainbow. All around me there were tiny fishes heading out to the depths of the water, but I dare not follow them since I had not prepared for miles of swimming. Also, another excuse is that I dislike the sight of murky water!
That was an unforgettable day in my life. Afterwards we had an ice-lolly for a treat. Exhausted but content with the fun, I had an inner thought that I wanted to go back & take the conch for my fish tank at home, but then leaving it by the shore is the best habitat for it to live in. I'd recommend you to go to the beach because once you are there you will be enchanted by the aquatic community. You may think it was a profound decision. Even though it might take a perpetual journey, it is still worth it. The beach is a really fascinating & wonderful place that will fulfill your holiday dreams.

Music Alone Shall Live
Today at choir I learnt a new song. Here it is:
Music Alone Shall Live
All things shall perish under the sky,
Music alone shall live,
Music alone shall live,
Music alone shall live,
Never to die.

Museum Memories
Museum Memories (By: Jenna yeh)
Museum, oh museum
Look at my eyes, deep
Open my memories,
And what do you see?
I, perched on a bronze oxen,
With gold for horns
Or just relaxing in the park below
With friends, watching the squirrels flee.
Museum, oh museum
Look at my eyes, deep
Open my memories
And what do you see? … …

Awaiting the Faery~ ~~
Marion sprinted across the fresh, green meadows, panting frantically & tripping across twigs & smooth coal-like pebbles on her way ."Must run... ..."she muttered under her breath. She stopped suddenly & collapsed onto the soft, cotton grass since she could no longer bear it. At least she made it to the faery mound. The breeze brushed gently against her skin & brunnette hair. She grasped her hands tightly around the nearest bed of daisies & felt for the tiny petals. The scent ofthese minature plants made her calm down like the soothing water from the icy streams that trickles down the hillside. The gigantic sun rose above her head, sending sweat rolling down Marion's back. Marion just lay there, still like a rock by the water's edge. She now awaits the illuminous faery's message.

Happiness & Sadness-all in one day
We all woke up very excited because today was a birthday-day for 3 members of the family, Ben, Uncle Simon & Millie( Amelia )!!! At first, we all had some delicious cake, completely covered with icing on top ( as some people might say, but I think it is a bit to sweet so for recomendation I would give it to sweet lovers). Then after lunch is the tragic time where we all had to say goodbye to the people that are leaving ( not me because of visa) & I nearly burst into tears when I saw mum leave ( I praticly already had started though). So here I am, waiting for a phone call.
A Foolish Delay
Today mum made an awful mistake. She left my China-entering passport in Taiwan!!! That meant that it had to be sent to England by tommorow morning. It won't ever arrive in time unless I wait till Monday/Tuesday.Plus, that also means that I am going to miss out the first week of school!!!

A Trip to the Coolest Natural History Museum in the World!
This very morning, we rushed to the oppositeof our hotel at 10:00 am straight into the crowded front doors of the Natural History mueseum of London. Inside the great hall, there was the most well known sauropod, the Diplodicus. Everyone that had made there way in through the crowds were all heading for the Dinosaurs exhibition. There was electronic diosaurs, fossils & even a realistic, moving T-rex that made me shiver!

Ilam Park hiking in Peak District
Today we went to Ilam Park in Peak District. It was a fantastic walk with perfect weather to match!!!

Then we strolled long to an icy cold stream & we had a terrific time splashing about even though our feet were nearly frozen!

Then after we climbed up a hill to see a natural spring running out of a cave, we stomped back down to the stream & there was Ben & Uncle Leo catching mudskippers. I helped them make a den to put the fishes they caught in.
